22 Day Push Up Challenge
The 22 Day Push Up Challenge will challenge you daily to get stronger and be more disciplined.
It can take from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit, with this challenge being a great place to start that journey.
I have completed this challenge myself and saw an improvement in my strength and confidence to complete it.
Helping me to perfect my push up technique and learn more exercise variations that I could add to my workouts in the future.
